What is your processing size?

Our maximum processing size is 11.35" x 19.25" (388.5 mm x 488.5 mm) as of December 2024. We will notify you once we can offer a larger processing size in the future. If your design can be processed in multiple pieces, we can help you create a combined size suitable for your project. Please email us at kmxlaser@gmail.com with your project details for a FREE estimate.
What material do we offer to engrave?

We can engrave on acrylic, some wood and hand engrave calligraphy on glass and metals. We are in the process of adding machine metal engraving service to our offers and will update our clients regularly.
What is the cost of my project?

Every project is custom and is required custom quote. Including your desired size, material and any files (if applicable) in your email request for the fastest response. Please contact us here to get your FREE estimate today. If you are looking for our blanks and semi-custom products, you can visit our shop.
How can I place an order?

Fully custom orders can be placed through our website or by email to kmxlaser@gmail.com for custom quotes. Once the invoice is paid, your order takes 5-15 business days to complete (depends on volume). You can choose to have your order shipped by Canada Post or pick up in North York, Ontario.
