Acrylic Laser Engraving is a process that utilizes a laser beam to engrave acrylic materials. Cast Acrylic is the most ideal type of acrylic for laser engraving as it turns images into an opaque white color when engraved.
We offer engraving services for logos, personalized names, messages, and more on high-quality cast acrylic sourced from trusted Canadian suppliers. You can provide your own files or let our in-house designer create them for you. The best file types for engraving are vector-based files (.ai, .svg, .eps). We do not recommend engraving photographs on acrylic; image files such as .jpg and .png should be converted to vector format whenever possible to achieve the best engraving results.
Additionally, we provide file conversion services for a small fee. Converting your images will ensure they can be engraved at the highest resolution without any loss of quality.

What is your processing size?Our maximum processing size is 11.35" x 19.25" (388.5 mm x 488.5 mm) as of December 2024. We will notify you once we can offer a larger processing size in the future. If your design can be processed in multiple pieces, we can help you create a combined size suitable for your project. What material do we offer to engrave?We can engrave on acrylic, some wood and hand engrave calligraphy on glass and metals. We are in the process of adding machine metal engraving service to our offers and will update our clients regularly.

What is the cost of my project?Every project is custom and is required custom quote. How can I place an order?Fully custom orders can be placed through our website or by email to kmxlaser@gmail.com for custom quotes. Once the invoice is paid, your order takes 5-15 business days to complete (depends on volume). You can choose to have your order shipped by Canada Post or pick up in North York, Ontario.
