Acrylic Laser Cutting is the process that uses a laser beam to cut acrylic material into shape and size for many purposes. You can choose from our Basic 3mm Cast Acrylics Collection or we can help you source the acrylic that is suitable for your requirements. Our most popular Basic Acrylics are: Clear, Frost, Black & White.

​The max size for acrylic cutting is ~12 inches by 19 inches (300 mm x 500 mm) and up to 10mm in thickness. You can send us your vector based files (.ai, .svg, .eps) or hire us to help you create the file you need for your projects.

We offer 4 types of basic acrylic: opaque, translucent, mirrored and specialty. Typically, our acrylic sheets are available in 3mm (1/8”) thickness. We can also cut 4.5mm and 6mm (1/4") acrylics in certain colours.
