- We offer one-of-a-kind personalization, including names, monograms, or custom artwork. Each cake topper is crafted from durable, laser-cut 3mm cast acrylic or 3.5mm Baltic birch wood. Whether you need a wedding cake topper, birthday cake charm, or a custom business logo topper, we can help bring your vision to life. Our cutting capacity for wood and acrylic is 290mm x 490mm (approximately 11.4 x 19.3 inches).
- We encourage you to send us your cake dimensions to determine the best size for your charm or topper. Pricing starts at 28-30 square inches, which typically accommodates a 4” x 7” or 5” x 6” cake topper or four 2.6” x 3” cake charms. All designs are professionally laser cut to ensure the highest quality and precision. Please note that the listing does not include the working file of your custom design.
How to Order Your Custom Cake Topper:
- Choose Your Material – To order your custom cake topper, first, choose your material. Select from acrylic, wood, or a combination of both. Available acrylic colours include Clear, Frost, Black, White, Gold Mirror, Rose Gold Mirror, Silver Mirror, Baby Pink, Baby Blue, and Blush, while wood designs are made from raw natural Baltic birch. Please specify your design request, preferred acrylic colours, and cake size when placing your order.
- Customize Your Design – Once the design is confirmed, we will create and send a preview of your cake topper or charms. through the email provided with the order within 24-36 hours of full payment. One revision is included per order. We reserve all copyrights to the design of your order. Once you approve the design via email or web message, we will proceed with production. Most orders will be ready within 7-10 business days from confirmation.
- Shipping & Delivery – For shipping and delivery, we ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service and also offer local pickup. We are not responsible for shipping delays—please contact Canada Post or your chosen courier for any logistical issues.
